Umbusi|The Blog You have probably heard people talk about how much they fear their boss at work. What they really fear in most cases is the power to terminate employment. Such is the leverage that the boss or manager has in their arsenal. Unfortunately in the South African Employment Relations Space, the Employee loses everything whilst going through CCMA and Labour Court. Such assets as cars, houses, insurance policies and other financial commitments come to a halt during this periods.
